Structure:
Physicochemical properties: white particles in appearance; melting range 160-180 ° C; flash point greater than 100 ° C; is a bisphosphite product more resistant to hydrolysis than 626. Soluble in organic solvents such as toluene, dichloromethane, slightly soluble in alcohols, insoluble in water.
Features: Improve the stability of the polymer during the process of compounding, production and use, so as to reduce the degradation of the polymer during processing. In many applications, the polymer is resistant to smoke fading, high performance and low input. A more efficient formulation that has a higher phosphorus content than other equivalent phosphite antioxidants; it can be used as a synergist for lightfast stabilizers such as benzophenone and benzotriazole.

Use: This product is a high-efficiency solid organic phosphite antioxidant, which has good protection against the color and processing stability of the polymer. It is superior to other phosphites and is generally not used alone. The combination of a phenolic primary antioxidant such as an oxygen agent 1010 can improve the thermal stability of the polymer processing process. This product is widely used in PE, PP, PS, PVC, polyamide, polycarbonate, ABS and other polymer materials after compounding with phenolic antioxidants. The general dosage is 0.05%-0.3%.
Packing, storage and transportation: cardboard drum (box) lined with aluminum foil bag, net weight 25Kg per barrel (box). This product is slightly resistant to hydrolysis and should be protected against moisture and heat. Validity: 12 months. |
